We request that guests coming for treatment arrive at the wellness reception desk 5 minutes in advance of their appointment. If you are late, the time of the treatment will either be shorter or be cancelled entirely.
You can cancel your reservation using any of the methods below:
- Any treatment can be cancelled 24 hours in advance without any cancellation fee.
- If a treatment is cancelled between 24 and 2 hours prior to the appointment, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.
- We do not accept cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.
