Please note that the Young Couple will have to register and arrange for the required tasks individually in connection with the external civil and church ceremonies as follows:
External civil ceremony:
- Its charge has to be paid in the Mayor's Office of Visegrád when ordering the wedding.
- Necessary documents, conditions:
- An application form with a duty stamp including an explanation why you want to hold your ceremony in an external place (THV) (e.g. number of guests).
- Both parties have to appear in the office 31 days before the planned date by presenting their ID cards, birth certificates, address cards.
- If you are foreign citizens you have to present additional documents in connection to which you can get information from the office.
- You must ensure the transportation of the registrar.
- You must obtain our hotel's declaration of acceptance in which we verify that we really guarantee the site and the protection of the Register of births, marriages and deaths.

External church ceremony:
According to the information received from the Roman Catholic Parish there is no possibility for external church ceremony, it can be held only in the church.

Extra charge for the room with panoramic view of the Danube: 1 750 HUF / person / night. The tourist tax: 410 HUF/person/night over the age of 18. We reserve the right to make changes in case the effective tourist tax rate fixed in the rules of law is amended.
The prices of meals provided in the quotation and the prices provided in the menu, the drink and wine lists include VAT and 12% service charge which is indicated as a separate item on the final bill.
Our hotel does not approve of the transfer of the kitchen or bringing in food from external places.
Parking facilities: There are in total 150 parking spaces in the car park of the hotel (outdoors and in the garage). Parking is free of charge outdoors and it is 1 000 HUF/ night in the garage.
Decoration: Our hotel is not equipped with its own decorations for wedding ceremonies and celebrations. We will lay the tables with white damask table cloths, white napkins, tableware for lunch and/or dinner. On the basis of your personal ideas we can give you offers by involving external service providers e.g. in relation to chair covers, table decorations, outdoor or indoor decorations. If you have your own decorator you can use their services here free of charge, we do not insist on exclusivity.
Band, DJ: Upon request we can recommend a band or a DJ (no exclusivity).
Photographer, videographer: Please arrange for these professionals individually.
The quoted prices are valid in case of reserving both the accommodation and the meal together. The rate of VAT is 5% and 27%. If the Act on VAT is amended at the time of performance, the net prices will remain unchanged and the values modified by the amended VAT will be provided
Terms of cancellation and penalty:
After ordering the event by email or phone, in case of cancelling it 60 days before the event, the amount of the penalty is 25% of the value of the number of the ordered rooms, the rental of the hall and technique, the fee of catering (meals, coffee breaks) and any other ordered services,
In case of cancellation 59-16 days prior to the event, the penalty is 50% of the value of the number of the ordered rooms, the rental of the hall and technique, the fee of catering (meals, coffee breaks) and any other ordered services,
In case of cancellation fewer than 15 days before the event the penalty is 100% of the value of the number of the ordered rooms, the rental of the hall and technique, the fee of catering (meals, coffee breaks) and any other ordered services.
Regarding the number of dinner guests (meals, coffee breaks) the service provider shall accept a reduction of maximum 10% compared to the preliminarily ordered volume at the latest 24 hours before the event.
